Return & Refund Policy
15-Day “No Questions Asked” Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 15-day “no questions asked” return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.
Eligibility for a Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return: Send a mail to contactx3dprint@gmail.com with detailed reason to exchange/return.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products unless damaged while shipping. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds or Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Express Shipping & Delivery: We are proud to offer express shipping on all orders. We are committed to delivering orders in less than two (2) business days to most states across the USA.
Shipping Carrier: We utilize major carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to ensure your package arrives quickly and securely.
Delivery Estimates: While we strive to meet the 2-day delivery window, please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Area: Our express shipping covers the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders above $50.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
